We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager – Projects & Facilities to oversee the planning, execution, and maintenance of infrastructure and operational facilities at CorruBox. This role is responsible for managing construction, equipment installation, utilities, space planning, and vendor coordination to ensure all projects and facilities align with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Lead the execution of plant expansion, civil and structural projects.
Plan, monitor, and manage all facility upgrades, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Oversee energy, HVAC, electrical, and water systems across facilities.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Optimize space utilization and facility layouts for operational efficiency.
Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective procurement of equipment/services.
